Hand Bag

I made this handbag quite sometimes ago and but only manage to took photo and upload here. My sister already grab it but she requested me to change to a longer handle so she can wear it as a sling bag. A very simple bag with zipper on top, 1 outer pocket and 2 inner pockets. That's all!

My Tote Bag

Finally, I have made my very 1st own tote bag. Even though the design is simple, but I am really proud and love it!

P/S: I got the pattern from Emma's House and I modified a bit to fit my own need.



Got a long zipper to keep all my belongings inside safe.
Another inner zipper to put my private klik klak things
Another 2 pockets at the other side of the bag.

Very spacious and roomy enough for my busy daily activities.

Bag

My previous diapers bag was old and torn already. So, I have to sew another one to replace it. I browse my sewing book and finally made up my decision for this pattern. After draw the pattern on the trace paper, I still can't figure out how to sew the bag. Then I think maybe after cut the fabric, then I will understand. However, after cutted the fabric out, I still don't understand how to sew it. Something is wrong with the pattern I guess. So I seek help from my handmade friend Belinda, YeeNChee to see what's wrong with the pattern. Then in no time, she figure out that the pattern was actually wrong! 高手就是高手。只是看一看纸型就知道是错的。OMG, what am I gonna do with the fabrics? I have to cut and join the fabric into the right cm lor. Luckily, not too much work on that part. ^^ Finally, here you are, my bag for viewing purpose only. ^0^

1st HandBag!!!

My latest project. A handbag!!!

I made this bag for my sister in law as she bought this fabric for me from Taiwan. So, I took the chance to make a bag and I did it!

I bought a book that teaches me to make bags and I guess the book works well to me.

I use the prong snap button at the handle so the length can be adjusted as per your preferance (This is not listed in the book). Actually, the book teach me to use the leather handle but I dont have it. So I came out with this idea. I also make an inner zip pocket but the result came out a bit failure. I sew it too near the top area. Will make it better next time! This bag is not big but roomy enough to put your belongings. So, any comment ma? ^0^
